How to Book Tickets

As from 1st July 2012 Shetland Box Office is introducing a service charge of £1.50 for on-line transactions and a 50p card charge for phone and face to face transactions. Cash sales will remain free. This will bring Shetland Box Office in line with other leading ticket providers and enable the service to be maintained and developed for the future. Shetland Arts is happy to announce that cinema tickets, purchased on their own, will remain free of a service charge.

  • Under 16s
  • Other concessions, i.e. people with disabilities or carers

However, it is the promoter's decision whether or not they have a concession rate and so some events may have only one price of ticket available.
